Toru Kitajima, the frontman and guitar player for the group Ling tosite sigure goes by TK. Handling all composition, writing, and technical mixing for the band, TK conveys a vision that is both piercing and remarkably inventive.

He debuted his first solo work in 2011, using the moniker ā€œTK from Ling tosite sigureā€. By intentionally stepping away from the framework of his primary trio, TK crafted a signature style mixing graceful fragility with raw power to produce art that defies classification.

Beyond TK’s main band and solo endeavors, he frequently manages audio engineering and writes tracks for various performers. By partnering with diverse creators, TK stays committed to investigating new sonic territories.

TK’s 2014 release ā€œunravel,ā€ featured as the opening theme for the anime adaptation of Tokyo Ghoul, achieved massive success and became the second-most streamed Japanese track abroad throughout 2020 and 2021. TK has also continued on with creating songs for other prominent anime adaptations, including the ending them for Chainsaw Man, the opening theme for My Hero Academia, and the ending theme Solo Leveling.

The TOUR 2026 ISOx0 NORTH AMERICA launches Tuesday, May 26 in San Francisco at The Fillmore, with stops in Los Angeles, Toronto, New York, and Dallas, before concluding on Saturday, June 6 in Mexico City at Foro Puebla. The Mexico City performance sold out shortly after the announcement of this tour, resulting in an additional Mexico City performance being added!
