VK Blanka is a versatile Japanese singer-songwriter and composer who has gained international recognition, particularly for his contributions to anime soundtracks and his dynamic live performances. First gaining significant attention in 2018 with his single “Masshiro,” it was featured in a Japanese drama series and reached No. 2 on the Japanese iTunes album chart. VK Blanka’s opening songs for the Black Clover anime series, “Black Catcher” and “Black Rover,” became global hits, with “Black Catcher” consistently appearing in Spotify’s Top 10 most-played Japanese songs by overseas users.
VK Blanka has toured extensively, performing in Saudi Arabia, Italy, France, Brazil, and multiple cities across North and Latin America. His recent album, Knightclub, released in September 2024, features songs inspired by his international travels. These travels will continue in 2025 as VK Blanka tours across cities in North America this May before returning to Japan for a tour across his home country.
